Ahuja has left his entire Rs 300-crore fortune to his daughter Tania, who is married to actor Bobby Deol (R) Vikram, whom Ahuja had disowned

In a will drafted in 2008, Ahuja has left his entire Rs 300-crore fortune to his daughter Tania, who is married to actor Bobby Deol.

Disowning his son Vikram, Ahuja in his will says that “He (Vikram) has caused me untold and unbearable pain, agony and misery by his continuous and unabated rudeness and disrespectful and insulting behaviour towards me.”

The will, which is now in the custody of the Income Tax department, does not speak kindly of Marlene or Ahuja’s second daughter Munisha either. “My daughter Munisha has also treated me badly and shown no respect or regard for me even though I have fulfilled all her needs and given her everything she wanted. I spent a huge amount on her second marriage but I was not invited to attend the marriage and kanyadan was done by my son Vikram. This caused me a lot of anguish.”

About his wife, Ahuja says she never treated him like her husband. “I have lost all the love and respect which I had for her earlier,” he says in the will

Vikram, who has alleged he was prevented from attending his father’s

funeral, denied there was any offer made to him by his father. “Why would I refuse any such offer if my father had made it,” he told Mirror.

Vikram said he was never after his father’s money. “My assets were fraudulently transferred by my father in his name at the behest of one of his friends. I have filed a case in this regard and this is the reason why we grew apart,” he said.

He also raised questions about the authenticity of the will. “I will challenge this will in a court of law. I suspect it has been fabricated by a friend of my father in connivance with Tania and the Deols.”
