It was Salman Khan first who praised Aamir Khan to the skies for having produced such a wonderful movie “Peepli Live”. He even entitled him as Mr. Midas Touch who can even turn him into gold. And now it is Aamir’s turn to sing the praises of Salman Khan for his marvelous performance as desi Robinhood Pandey. Salman Khan hosted special screening of his extravaganza “Danangg” at Ketnav Theatre, Mumbai for his dear friends from film industry.



Aamir Khan appeared with his wife Kiran Rao. Aamir and Salman’s bonding was quite visible as they came out, hugged each other and posed in the same posture for lens man. Aamir Khan applauded Salman’s efforts for his excellent acting. He even said, “It is Salman’s best performance of life”.

Ketnav Theatre was flooded with B-town stars. Salman’s guests include not only stars from contemporary cinema but revered actors of yesteryears who hardly make appearances in public events. The real fusion of veterans and neophyte could be seen at the screening of “Dabangg”. The veterans include Manoj Kumar, Asha Parekh, Sadhna, Shammi Aunty, Helen, Waheeda Rahman and of course Salman’s loving dad Salim Khan. The neophytes comprises Kalki Koechlin, Imran Khan, Kunal Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha obviously, debutant of the movie.

Bollywood stars think highly of “Dabangg” as everyone could not resist himself from eulogizing Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey. Manoj Kumar said that whosoever will watch “Dabangg” will go dabangg. Vidhu Vinod Chopra also congratulated him for his character in the movie. Here Salman and Chopra were having the ball with media as Salman asked him tell something more about “Dabangg” except Chulbul Pandey and Chopra hesitatingly said that rest is not his kind of film.

Salman’s co-actresses Shilpa Shetty and Karishma Kapoor also watched “Dabangg”. Karishma finds Salman outstanding and Shilpa went a step ahead and said that she would change her name to something else if the film does not do well. Imran Khan who came with his fiancée Avantika also loved the movie from beginning to end. Distinguished directors from tinsel town like Anurag Kashyap and Raju Hirani also graced the event. Salman’s family including debutant producer, Arbaaz Khan and Maliaka Khan came wearing cool smiles. Alvira and Atul Agnihotri also made to the event for Sallu Bhai. Aamir’s former wife Reena Dutta and his son Junaid also came for the screening.

In nutshell, all the megastars from Bollywood appeared for screening of “Dabangg” and spoke well of Salman Khan as Dabangg.
