★ Salman’s ‘Being Human’ store to open in Ludhiana !

After Shahrukh Khan finalised the deal for a discotheque and pub in Ludhiana, the macho man of Bollywood Salman Khan will open his third Being Human store in Ludhiana. This will be the first store in north India. Salman Khan is the brand ambassador for Being Human and the money collected from the promotion of this brand goes to orphan children. He actively represents the cause of Being Human wherever he goes, whether it is a party or an award function, one can usually see him clad in a t-shirt or a designer suit that says Being Human across the chest or the wrist or on the cuff link. The actor will be opening four stores all over India; two in Mumbai and one each in Ahmedabad and Ludhiana. He will be setting an example for celebrities, social activists, renowned personalities and philanthropists to come forward for charity. He has purchased 1600 sq ft in Silver Arc Mall on Ferozepur Road. In the initial stages, the store will display garments and accessories for youngsters. Later, a kids section will be added. Business Development Head of PAN India, The Realty Consultant, said, “The deal was finalised in September and the store is under construction. The store will be opened before Diwali in the last week of October or first week of November.” Asked if he felt the pressure as an actor giving out hits as well as taking up other activities, Salman, who is busy with the shooting of Big Boss season 6, said, “I am working on something day by day, shot by shot. Ek tha tiger is over, now I’m concentrating on every scene of Dabanng, I don’t focus on the result. I just do the best at a given point of time, if the work is good, results follow. When asked how has the Big Boss show changed you? He replied, “koshish ki thi yaar, but no change!! Asked if the show was enjoyable, he said, “Ab yeh toh depend karta hai on who goes in and who doesn.” Youngsters here are very enthusiastic about the store opening in Ludhiana. Sandeep Kaur Sidhu said, “It is a very good thing that a store will open in Ludhiana. I always wanted to get myself Being Human merchandise but everything that we get here is duplicate. So it’s good that the store will open here.” Manpreet Kaur Sandhu said, “Why wouldn’t everyone be happy that the country’s most eligible bachelor will have a store in Ludhiana and to add to that it is all for a good cause
