Nana wishes he was ‘Nene’… only for Madhuri Dixit
Every man who has ever worked with the gorgeous Madhuri Dixit has been left charmed by her. Well, almost. Such is the inescapable MD effect. Recently, during an interview with ZOOM for Tum Milo Toh Sahi¸ the volatile Nana Patekar didn’t mince words while revealing his feelings for the Dixit diva. Of course, Nana doesn’t mince words ever. Period! His explosive quotes aren’t far from his power-packed performances. When we asked him about Madhuri, he couldn’t stop raving about her, “You don’t make anyone like Madhuri anymore,” he said. Blushing at his own comment, he added, “She is beautiful, superbly talented, and the most stunning dancer we have seen.” His excitement turned into a deep sigh as he rued, “Only ek alphabet ka mistake ho gaya. Ek maatra ka difference hai. From Nana to Nene. Only if my name was Nene.” Lol! Nana karte pyaar Madhuri se kar baithe? With his full-throttled laughter he quickly assured us, “I am only kidding.” Now the original Mr Nene can take a deep breath. And Madhuri, stop blushing and flash your 1,000 watt smile, please.
