As we all know she has signed Vikram Bhatt's 3D horror film Dangerous Ishq. Now the actress has also been approached by Sajid Nadiadwala for his forthcoming film Housefull 2. According to a unit hand, Karisma wasn't the first choice for the item number. Rani Mukherji was approached for it earlier.
