Akshay Kumar has refused to make appearance on Karan Johar’s show after the filmmaker made a remark against the actor on a public platform in recent times. During a discuss at FICCI-Frames 2010, Karan Johar is believed to have said, “What are these movies Akshay does? I don’t understand them.”
After the occasion, Karan Johar realized that his statement could bring him the actor’s wrath; he called Akshay to explain what he meant. Akshay then told him that he accepted his regret and forgiven him.However, Akshay never turned up for Karan’s show Lift Kara De, even after repeated requests and invitation.
Akshay has constantly said he would try to make it for the show but remained busy. Akshay and Karan remained unavailable for comment.
